You already know there's a 10 year tax abatement on this project but it's a Good thing you read this blog --- Did you know that All contracts received by 7/30/05 will receive 2 years of condo dues paid by the developer!?That could add up. For example, if you purchased a 946 sq ft one bedroom, one bath unit which of course comes with one parking spot, that'd be a savings of about $7,5000.
